Légy százszor átkozott!
Mert Te voltál csak bennem,
Semmi más.
És soha más.
És megfojtottad minden nagy szerelmem.
Te voltál nekem asszony és család,
S a nemzet és az Isten is csak Te voltál.
S még büszke vagy, mert nyomorult szívemből
Pár álom-szikrát, rímet kicsiholtál!
Te voltál minden bűnöm gyökere,
Légy átkozott,
Mert most is veled vagyok csak tele.
