So lange ist es her… (German)

Ich träume so fern dieser Erde

Als ob ich gestorben wär

Und nicht mehr verkörpert werde.

Im Marmor deiner Gebärde

Erinnert mein Leben sich näher.

Doch ich weiß die Wege nicht mehr.

Nun hüllt die glitzernde Sphäre

Im Demantkleide mich schwer.

Ich aber greife ins Leere.
