Hittem istenben,
hittem hazában,
örök életben,
feltámadásban…

Hittem anyámnak,
tanárnak, papnak…
Nem úgy akarták,
mégis becsaptak.

Higgyen az ember?
Hisz is avégett,
ne hordjon vállán
felelősséget…

Mindenek túlján,
hittem magamban.
Nagy hitem árán
nagy pofont kaptam!

Elmúlt az élet,
nem maradt semmi,
csak az, hogy végül
el kell majd menni.

Nem hiszek én már,
legfeljebb abban,
csak porszem vagyok
egy nagy kalapban.
