Ha bolygók és világok mind kihűlnek,

Torkomban halál, Halál torkán én,

Álmodom feljebb valót Orkán vén

Leányaival, hogy dobálnak bűnnek,

Mint a labdát. s mely szusz nem fogy bennük meg;

Szállani keresztül, kast feledvén,

Számon étermaszk, derengő födém –

Menteném hasissal barna lelküket.

Ám ahhoz is távol, vastüdőn vagyok.

Roppant vonatom faldossa a fagyot,

Fáim koronát, sem földet nem tűrnek.

Kerűlöm magam; zsidó napszámos

Fejét forgatja varju zsoltár… Most

Igazságnak gyujtván hűs fényt, az Űrnek.
