Miért sirattok?

Isten arca volt, amely

simogatón, hívón

rám hajolt.

És én mentem, s most

fényözönben élek,

és nem vagyok más,

csupán tisztult lélek.

Sziromhullás volt,

árnyékom lehullt,

a szemetek könnybe

miért borult?

Ha emlegettek, köztetek leszek,

ha imádkoztok, veletek vagyok,

ha rám gondoltok, mosolyogjatok,

emlékem így áldás lesz rajtatok.
