Búcsúzom, búcsúzom mindenektől, valami
elvonszol innen, ebben a darabban – melyben
oly nagy szerephez jutott a sötétség – lassan
véget ér az utolsó felvonás. Az epilógust majd
megírják helyettem, én fáradt vagyok, mit
tudtam, megtettem. Nem húzom tovább, fojtogat
a búcsúzás. Ez utolsó könnyet még itthagyom
nektek. Őrizzétek.

Farewell, I take my leave of you all, something
drags me from here, in this play - in which
darkness received such an important role - the last
act is nearing the end. Others will write
the epilogue instead of me, I am tired,
I did what I could. I won't drag it out, I choke
with farewells. This last tear I'll leave behind for you.
