Reszkető, enyhe fény sugárzik.
Egy felhő lassudan megyen.
A lélek fáj, a fény sugárzik.
Valaki ballag a hegyen,
hűs homlokáról fény sugárzik
s szemét lehúnyja: - úgy legyen!

Valaki lépked, felfelé tart.
Bozótközt víg madársereg.
Valaki lassan felfelé tart.
Tövisről vérharmat csepeg.
Valaki fel, a csúcs felé tart,
hogy önmagát feszítse meg.
