Második énem (Hungarian)

Félig halottként él az Isten,
Álmom erősíti, mint bátor.
Tovább megyek, bokáig vérbe
fullad a néma lázongásom.

Nem tudok erős lenni benne.
Mindig más kéne, ami volna.
Búval cseréli ki a kínom.
Megédesít keserű szóval.

Amit teremtett, bennem őrzi.
Úgy, hogy a csontjaim is érzik.
Mikor fekszem sem hagy nyugodtan.
Véremet mindig keseríti.

Kezdem megszokni ősiségem.
Szeretem e nehéz hűséget.
Szárad a fű és újra zöldell.
Várom, hogy mikor vetne véget.

My Other Self (English)

God lives as if he was half-dead,
he supports my dream, bravely.
I go on, my silent rebel
is now drowned in blood, ankle-deep.

I cannot be strong in him.
I always want things different.
He changes my pain with sorrow.
He sweetens me with bitter words.

What he created, he keeps inside me.
So that even my bones can feel it.
No relief lying in bed either.
My blood’s always bittered by him.

I’m getting used to my entailment.
I do love this heavy faithfulness.
The grass gets dried-up and again green.
I wait for him to make it all end.
