Hope (English)

unexpected and tactlessly your face is hit by the wind but not the kind of breeze that’s fondling and you can even enjoy its touch but that furious sort that’s really unruly one could say naughty summer puppy-wind that turns rubbish-bins over twists trees upsets everything disroots all that would nearly have taken root and though it could be guessed that nothing ever could uproot it from its place but this untameable tears it out and spins and twirls and puts it down somewhere else not where it belongs and at one blow it results in turmoil and then you start to think maybe it is the proper orderly state and that old one was false and the thought nearly feels at ease there’s still order when there comes another deeper shade of a much wilder blow turning over even this new kind and it confuses you again and you can’t find the way out just stand and gaze in front of you and not even your words can draw the outline of the trees even your thoughts sigh with bated breath and you hang on and hang on and think it can’t yet be the end because you haven’t yet done anything remarkable and imperishable and in the end you don’t even think just like an outsider or inside you cherish the hope it’s just a dream that you stand there and dream that you dream and you hope to wake up
