Milyen (Magyar)
Mikor megszakad a kapcsolat a fenti világgal,
és nem marad más, csak egészen ez. |
How... (Angol)
How lucky those who die in an instant during war and, arriving immediately in Nirvana, are not obliged to any kind of deity. Only the wound made by the bullet on their brow gives away how well off they already are. In peacetime it is impossible to depart with dignity, only via a hospital, surrounded by tubes and instruments. That is why war is better than peace, death better than life. Perhaps it would have been better not to be born, to keep hovering on some Elysian field, but I was cast down, like others had been from Taygetus, to await here the arrival of the deliverance I covet. Evil gods had locked me in this body, we could even call the demons, because this world is merely a copy of another, the real one. Here you never know who loves you and who is against you for such is the nature of things. And don't talk to me about happiness, because you cannot know what it is like to live in a golden age. I have been there, and can state, that it is not like this one. No way like this, for certain. Then, connection with the upper world breaks and nothing else remains, just this, exactly.
