Életrajz
Bert Trick - 1889 – 1968. Albert Edward Trick was passionate about both literature and socialism. He met Dylan in 1933 and became his friend and mentor. Dylan would visit his grocer's shop in Brynmill, discussing poetry and politics in evenings recalled affectionately in Return Journey: "Bert Trick ... in the kitchen, threatened the annihilation of the ruling classes over sandwiches and jelly and blancmange." In Dylan's 1933 Notebook, the poem 'The hand that signed the paper' is dedicated "To A.E.T".
