Sebestyén Péter: Eleven haiku (Tizenegy haiku Angol nyelven)
|
Tizenegy haiku (Magyar)Tarkóm bizsereg. Kerek a hold; bámul, mint Te, szép gyilkosom.
Rőt, forró ösvény! Tigris tapossa, mikor a patakra jár.
Éles fűszálak fütyülnek és halál-csönd végtelenedik.
Nyárezüst-harmat hűsen hullik. Másik út nincsen. Ég veled!
Dús hegyoldalra felleg simul. Útját a gyilkos sem leli.
Szép lovaikon harcosok várnak. Gondolj előbb a nyárra.
A jég elolvad végül.

Eleven haiku (Angol)The nape of my neck bristles; the round moon stares, like you, my fair killer.
Reddish, hot pathway! The tigers plod for water down it to the stream.
Sharp blades of grass are whistling and deadly silence traces the endless.
Summer's cool dew of silver. No other road there. May skies be with you.
Hill thicket huddled by cloud. Not even killers can find their way there,
Warriors waiting for you on lovely horses. Think first of summer.
At last, the ice melts. All that's left will be the heart, pain, and a new Spring.
Not grey of morning. Nothing whatever begins. Not dark of night-time.
Only morning mist. Only the creak of branches All only your dream.
Feather ruffling bird. I fall beside it, see as it bleeds profusely.
Dust, tree-row, a coat: it shuffles towards Auschwitz, Gods place of abode.
