Megkértem a kezét. Feltöltő | Fehér Illés |

Nothing unusual (Angol)
As it happened, we met in town.
When she arrived, she was like a travel guide making excuses,
her umbrella closed like a giant eyelash in her hands…
We stepped over the silence then, bought a slice or two of Gerbeaud cake,
and a cappuccino, too, into the foam of which I drew with the spoon.
I loved the steamy warmth after rain in which we walked,
stroked the top of her hand, her skin was as soft there, as a kitten's sole.
It was July. And Wednesday. And nothing unusual. I asked her for her hand.
