Za moře jsi neodešla,
nejsi ani za horami,
jen ta hrstka polní trávy
roste, roste mezi námi.

Za ty hory ptáče letí,
přes to moře vítr táhne,
ale zde, tou hrstkou trávy,
ruka ruky nedosáhne.
