Οι Ποιητές (Greek)

Οι Ποιητές δεν πολεμούν
με σφαίρες και μαχαίρια,
γράφουνε στίχους, τραγουδούν
και δίνουνε τα χέρια.

Αφήνονται στην έμπνευση
της μοναξιάς τις ώρες,
μετρούν με στίχους και στροφές
καλοκαιριές και μπόρες.

Οι Ποιητές δεν αγαπούν
απλά για ν’ αγαπήσουν.
Γράφουνε στίχους για γυμνά
κορμιά πριν τα γνωρίσουν.

Βυθίζονται στου έρωτα
και κολυμπούν τα βάθη
κι ύστερα γράφουν ποιήματα
για τη στιγμή που εχάθη.
