Ha bánt valami,
szedj mélyről a tálból,
szedj még egyszer és menj,
légy máshol.

Tisztára törölt
szemüvegedet vedd le.
Megbékélt szemmel nézz
elhülyülő szemekbe.

Elviselhető lesz
az elviselhetetlen,
de nem lehetséges,
ami lehetetlen.

Mi elfogadhatatlan,
– mert a szív belefásul -
azt ne fogadd el, sőt
ne is vedd tudomásul.

If something's hurting,
scoop deeply from the dish,
take one more scoop and go,
just vanish.
 
Take your clean glasses
off from your skull.
Gaze calmly at eyes that
grow vacant and dull.
 
Things become bearable
which were unbearable,
but nothing fixes what
just aint repairable.
 
What can't be accepted,
- for it numbs the heart -
ignore that, don't accept that,
‘tis better not to start.
