nem perelek már senkivel
várok hogy ami kell megessen

a történtekért senki nem okolható
találkoztunk egyszer mi ketten

és nem találtunk szebbet-jobbat magunknál
hívtalak s gyanútlanul jöttél

elhitted hogy mindenhatód leszek
s a szavaimban megfürödtél

ínyemre volt a póz ostoba uraságok
éreznek így ha udvarolnak nekik

már föl sem ismerném azt a világot
melynek eszménye még ma is hevít

arcomról a máz – rossz foncsor – lekopott
s te uram lettél mindenek felett

a szívem olykor félrekopogott
nem tudni ki a számkivetett

minden óra megállt az élet
szívesen levetné kényszerzubbonyát

vajon le tudom kenyerezni
a lopakodó ránk leső halált?
