Jóna Dávid: koldus az éjben
koldus az éjben (Magyar)az álmom néha magához kéret, a száműzött remény érvei jók, az ösztönöknek szép elégtétel, a kikötőt felejtő búvárhajók
mázsás hitének dől be a rítus, levét ereszti, ha szorít a prés, ujjbegy ha néha porba is rajzol, átmenet lesz, nem megérkezés
koldus zsebében ott lesz a holnap, miközben gyötri a penészes múlt, virrasztott szemnek hideg a reggel, árnyékot látott, hát utánanyúlt
megszokást féltő voltaképp ember törékenységét védi a csend, homokba ásott fejjel nem hallja a vétkező múltat, mi jelent teremt
kőpadlón koccan az üres pohár, tompa magány, ha alámerül, itt hagyott mondat ránt le a mélybe, s a kobaltkék éjben ellenszegül
a nyugalom csikkjét tapossa más is, parazsát veszti az élet megint, fekszik a földön a kidobott lélek, káromkodik egyet, s megint beint
kidobott paplan, zacskó a zoknin, kartonra feküdt újra az est, rongyos felhők alatt a város, koldus a lélek, koldus a test

beggar in the night (Angol)my dream sometimes calls out to see me, the reasons for outcast prospects are good, what a great satisfaction for the instincts are submarines forgetting the seaport
rituals yield to their tons-of-weight faith, juice keeps trickling if squeezed by the press, in case a finger draws lines in the dust, it isn’t arrival, transition at best
in a beggar’s pocket tomorrow’s hidden, as he’s tormented by the moldy past, morning is cold for sleepless eyes awake, they saw some shadow, tried to fetch it fast
fears for routine, human he might as well be whose frailty is protected by stillness his head is buried in sand so he can’t hear the past with its sins creating present
empty glass clinks on the floor of stone, blunted loneliness if he submerges, the words left here drag you down in the abyss and then in cobalt-blue night they will resist
others also trample on the fag of calmness, life tends to lose its glow once again, on the ground there lies the cast-away soul, mumbles a curse, then flips the bird now again
discarded thick blanket, plastic bag on socks, night again drops off on some cardboard behold, the city lies here under ragged clouds, beggar is the body, beggar is the soul.
